BODYROK Nashville - Brentwood

Great workout and studio. My only wish is for the teachers to be more consistent. Some call out moderations and ask us to raise a hand if we need to remove a spring. Others don’t say anything. Some moves I’m not strong enough yet and would rather do them in a moderation than stop completely.

Sometimes I struggle finding workout classes that I consistently enjoy/get a great workout, but I can 100% say that Bodyrok does both. The classes are tough, but manageable because it’s only 40 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I LOVE BodyRok! It's literally changed my body and my life. All the instructors are amazing, especially Naima! She always brings the energy and kicks my butt in the best way. Definitely recommend to any and everyone

First time. Cardio. It was rough. I was reminded that I have a bad back and bad knees. Honestly if you’re decently flexible— this one is for you. Peyton did a great job! I just think this class wasn’t for me. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I love body rok! Especially the Brentwood location. The instructors make sure you have a great workout from an amazing playlist to words of encouragement and demonstration during the 40 minutes. Naima has also become one of my favorite instructors as I know I’ll always feel the burn the next day!
